Attached office. c1770. Ground floor of c1854 possibly by Foster and Wood. Limestone ashlar ground floor with granite dressings, brick above with limestone dressings, lateral stacks and a double Roman mansard roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys and attic; 4-window range. A ground-floor arcade of 3 segmental arches with moulded soffits, keys with carved heads, granite columns and responds with foliate capitals, to a cornice. Pilasters above to a cornice and parapet. Horned plate-glass sashes in flush moulded frames, and 2 dormers. INTERIOR not inspected.
