Description

A collection of 123 black and white negatives, with corresponding file prints, documenting industrial archaeology including iron works, steel works, blast furnaces, iron furnaces, watermills, presses and forges in Cumbria, Shropshire, Derbyshire, Worcestershire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Barnsley, Gloucestershire, and Sheffield. The photographs were taken in the 1970s by John Cornwell. No further information is known as to their provenance.
