An also of interest component is made up of content which is related to the main page. It does not detract from main message of the page content, and is styled in a way that entices readers to scroll down the page.
How it works
An also of interest component is a preview of selected content which links to the full piece elsewhere on the Historic England website or externally on the web.
Intended purpose
This component is only intended to be used for related content, as a way of guiding the user to explore more across the website.
It is recommended that two or four are used.
How to add to CMS
- As an Editor, go to the CMS and scroll down on an article page.
- Find the article page you want to edit.
- Click the "Add Content" option to open the content editor within Related Content.
- Select "Add Content" and click "Also of Interest".
- After adding your Item, Add the desired Titles and Descriptions by typing in the text boxes
- Save the changes to your article page in Umbraco.
- Preview the article page to ensure the item works and views as expected.
